Chapter I - General Provisions

Article 1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  1. Cut the Code B.V. (we-form): defined in article 2 of these terms and conditions;
  2. Client (you-form): the party with whom Cut the Code B.V. has concluded an Agreement;
  3. Agreement: any Agreement between Cut the Code B.V. and you;
  4. In Writing/Written: by e-mail, by message via electronic device or by post;
  5. Third Party(ies): legal entities and/or other individuals who are not a party to the Agreement;
  6. Service: design and no-code development.

Article 3. General provisions

  1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all (legal) actions carried out as a result of the Agreement concluded between you and Cut the Code B.V..
  2. Unless we agree otherwise In Writing together, other general terms and conditions are expressly excluded from our Agreement.
  3. Deviations from and additions to these conditions are only valid if we jointly agree to this In Writing.
  4. Any ambiguities in these general terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the other provisions of these general terms and conditions, current legislation and case law.
